The doctrinal and afterlife issues around a non-temple marriage are an entirely different topic, and one that I am personally much more at peace with than my questions about how one might make an interfaith marriage work in this life. Our children 18,13,10 have become a handful. Am still very hopeful and in love. It's not impossible, just painful and unlikely. Take the missionary lessons, read the Book of Mormon and the Bible. No one could compare to the man I married. I have been married to a doctor for 5 years now and we have two children.
